The technology which will be used for granulation / drying is a leading innovation and new trend in phosphate rock, phosphate and compound fertilizers granulation process.
- It is technically concurrent direct heat type granulator / dryer with a design granulation capacity: 25 TPH, 500 TPD & 170 000 TPY.

Grain size and moisture content are two main parameters indicating the performance of any granulation process and our product specification is more than 90% granules 1-5 mm and water content 6% max.
Granules are coated with oil and unsaturated fatty acids to be rigid and suitable for handling and storage without any crashing of granules or loss in grain size roundness and also good performance as slow release granulated fertilizers.
